Spreading the word at Shea:
This past Sunday we went to Shea with fliers, a banner, and an Apple costume to keep spreading the word. WCBS NewsRadio 880 was there to take a few pictures of us and interview us for a segment that aired Monday afternoon.
Here's what we've been up to:

The horses really liked the Apple costume...

We are currently working to get permits to stand outside of Shea before the home games in September to keep handing out fliers and spreading the word. It was great to meet everyone and thanks to everyone who came and signed the petition! We also were able to get in touch with someone interested in helping us to translate the website in to Spanish, so stay tuned for VivaLaManzana.com - Coming soon!
