After making you wait for entirely too long, it is our privilege to give you all a small snapshot of the Mets front office circa 1980.

To your left you will see a link titled "The Applefather" that contains Will McKinley's exclusive interview with Joe Donohue. Joe touches on topics including the history of the Apple, the Mets in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and his hopes for the future of the Apple.

Check it out, and keep spreading the word. We are well within reach of 5000! signatures on the petition. As of this posting, we need only 76 more signatures to reach that incredible milestone.

Also, SaveTheApple.com founders Andrew and Lonnie, as well as Merchandising Director Cathie, will be at the game THIS SUNDAY NIGHT against the Dodgers. We will be seated in Upper Box 795, Row A, Seats 1-3. Before the game, we will be spreading the word ourselves, with possible t-shirt giveaways, or maybe just some t-shirt sales.
